We are looking for a versatile, energetic and highly-organized Sales Closer who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Sales Closer functions for shoppyrex including playing a pivotal role in our ecommerce company that specializes in selling problem-solving physical products through cash on delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, who have shown interest in our products through our various advertising channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Your goal is to effectively guide them through the sales process, address any concerns or questions they may have, and ultimately close the sale. This role requires a strong combination of communication skills, product knowledge, and persuasive abilities.

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to have a persuasive communication skills that can help influence a customer’s purchasing decision, Be someone who can successfully guide an hesitant customer through objections and ultimately closed the sales. Someone that is extremely motivated person who loves helping people and serving others?

Engage and Build Rapport : Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in our products through social media advertising. Initiate conversations, build rapport, and establish a positive relationship with customers. Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor the sales approach accordingly.v
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, their features, benefits, and how they address customer problems. Clearly and confidently articulate the value proposition of our products to potential customers.
Effective Communication: Communicate with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms. Listen actively to customer inquiries, address their concerns, and provide accurate information. Present information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to maintain the customer's interest.
Customized Sales Approach: Analyze customer preferences and needs to tailor your sales approach for each interaction. Highlight how our products can specifically solve the problems or challenges the customer is facing.
Overcome Objections: Identify potential objections or hesitations from customers and proactively address them with well-prepared responses. Use objection-handling techniques to turn objections into opportunities for closing the sale.
Closing Techniques: Employ effective closing techniques to encourage potential customers to make a purchase decision. Create a sense of urgency and excitement around the product to prompt immediate action.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, objections, and outcomes. Document customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about ongoing campaigns and promotions. Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to enhance marketing strategies.
Google Spreadsheet Management:Efficiently update and maintain Google spreadsheets to record customer interactions, responses, and outcomes. Ensure accurate data entry and organization for easy access and reference.
Follow-Up and Nurturing: Initiate follow-up communication with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase. Implement nurturing strategies to keep leads engaged and interested in our products over time.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend related products that could complement the customer's chosen item. Skillfully introduce higher-tier products or upgrades to potentially increase the purchase value.
Adapt to Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide insights to the team about shifting market demands.
Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from customers on their shopping experience, product satisfaction, and any suggestions for improvement. Communicate collected feedback to relevant departments for continuous enhancement.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Organize and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals. Prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert into sales.
Handle Payment Queries: Assist customers with questions related to payment methods, pricing, and any concerns regarding cash on delivery. Provide clarity on payment processes to alleviate customer concerns.
Maintain Customer Confidentiality:Handle customer information with discretion and adhere to privacy policies and data protection regulations.
Continual Learning::Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and stay updated on company offerings.
Collaboration with Customer Support:Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless transition for customers who need post-sale assistance. Share insights from sales interactions to enhance customer support processes.
Stay Up-to-Date on Policies: Stay informed about the company's policies, including return and exchange policies, to accurately address customer inquiries.
Contribute to Content Creation: Share customer insights and common questions to contribute to content creation, such as FAQs and product guides.
Manage Workload and Prioritize: Effectively manage time and workload to ensure timely follow-ups and responses to customer inquiries. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and potential impact on sales.
Handle Challenging Situations: Manage difficult or irate customers with professionalism and patience, aiming to find solutions that align with company policies.
Forecasting and Planning: Provide input for sales forecasting and planning based on customer interactions and trends observed.
Contribute to Sales Strategies: Share insights and observations to contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain CRM Accuracy: Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant customer information.
Identify Ideal Customer Profiles: Analyze customer interactions to identify characteristics of ideal customers and contribute to refining customer targeting.
Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings to share successes, challenges, and collaborative ideas.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) Rating: How many of our prospects become leads and finally converted into clients?
Referral Revenue: 10% - 20% of company revenue comes from referrals
Renewals: 25% - 50%+ of customers renew their relationship with Bestdealshome via an additional product purchase

Conversion Rate: The percentage of potential customers engaged by the Sales Closer who actually make a purchase. It reflects the efficiency of the sales process.
Average Order Value (AOV): The average amount spent by customers in a single transaction. A higher AOV indicates effective upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Revenue: The total monetary value of all closed deals attributed to the Sales Closer. It directly reflects their impact on the company's bottom line.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The cost incurred to acquire a new customer, including the Sales Closer's salary, training, and advertising expenses.
Sales Targets Achieved: The percentage of assigned sales targets that the Sales Closer successfully meets or exceeds.
Lead Response Time: The average time taken by the Sales Closer to respond to customer inquiries or leads. Faster response times often lead to higher conversion rates.
Follow-up Rate:The percentage of leads that the Sales Closer follows up with after the initial contact. Effective follow-ups nurture potential sales.
Churn Rate:The percentage of customers who initially showed interest but did not complete a purchase. A low churn rate indicates strong closing skills.
Upsell/Cross-sell Rate: The percentage of customers who accept upsell or cross-sell offers presented by the Sales Closer.

Time Spent per Interaction: The average time the Sales Closer spends engaging with a potential customer. Balancing efficiency and thoroughness is crucial.
Pipeline Value: The total value of potential deals the Sales Closer is actively working on at any given time.
Sales Collateral Utilization: The frequency and effectiveness of using sales collateral (presentations, videos, documents) to enhance interactions and understanding.
Objection Types:Categorizing and tracking the types of objections encountered, helping to tailor objection-handling strategies.
New Product Sales:The number and value of sales closed for newly launched products, reflecting adaptability and product knowledge.
Customer Feedback Contribution: The number of valuable insights and feedback collected from customers during interactions, contributing to product and service improvements.

NOTE: This position is FULL-TIME and VIRTUAL. Meaning you work from home The team here at Shoppyrex is located all over the country. Preference for this position is someone in KENYA.

Have never worked in an online or offline Sales department.
Can not write or speak good and solid english
Does not have Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of how to use WordPress, Canva, email marketing softwares,presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fearful and SHY (You cannot hold a conversation with people or network with important people)

Qualifications:

However you must have a Minimum of HND or Bachelor of Science or Art (B.Sc. or BA); and Master of Science or Art (M.Sc. or MBA) optional.

Required and Preferred:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive and process online orders
Calling The customers and confirming their Order
Following up on every customer till the point of delivery or rejection (active & inactive) AND DOCUMENT THEIR PROGRESS ON OUR AUTOMATED CRM SYSTEM
Notifying customers of their order status, the delivery man once the product gets to their region or still on the way (Call, Whatsapp, Text Message)
Copy & paste customer Orders & details from Our Automated CRM System for the delivery men (Online)
Attending to customer calls/Whatsapp Messages and Email
Update and manage the company’s social media pages
Convert leads into actual sales
Liaise with and manage courier/Delivery companies
Develop and maintain an updated customer/vendor lists
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle customer enquiries and complaints
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Send weekly email blasts, WhatsApp messages, bulk SMS
Closely monitor online trends and inventory
Provide daily sales reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
Answer first line queries and complaints from customers.
Report discrepancies and problems to the Manager/CEO
Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
Working within established guidelines, particularly with product lines.
Work with management to organize and execute online sales campaigns
Perform all other duties as assigned
