Shoppyrex is an online E-commerce company that provides Problem solving, entertaining and lifestyle Physical products and solutions to our customers whilst using Paid Advertising platform such as(Facebook advert, Google Ads, Youtube ads, Instagram Ads), different marketing strategy and Fast distribution channel to connect them to the solution and get them to take up offers that makes them happy, solve their problem & eradicate their pain..
We write our advert copy, Create and get advert creatives like (videos, images) , set up tracking, run the advert, analyze the data we get, which allows us to double, triple, and even quadruple our sales with our advertising skills.
We are looking for a talented, creative, extremely motivated and high-performing Facebook Advertising Manager to join our team to set up, manage, optimize, and double/triple our Products Sales and Revenue using Paid advertising… Most of our focus is on Facebook, Instagram advertising and youtube adverts, but experience with Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest as well is ideal.
In this role, you will be responsible for Planning and creating profitable/converting advert creatives such as (Ads copy, images, videos ) and setting up product sales campaigns, that increases Sales and revenue for the company and because of this you need a desire to learn, to be intellectually curious, to constantly improve, and have a relentless focus on winning. Throw whatever you think you know about marketing out the window. And be prepared to start from scratch.
TRAINING
We spend over 150 hours training new Paid Advertising Managers on our methods. Here’s a few things you’ll learn:
How to setup tracking correctly using Facebook(Meta) Pixel, Custom conversion & Google Analytics so you can see exactly which campaigns are making us money, what to scale, and how to feed the algorithm the data it needs to target effectively.
The correct way to actually optimize campaigns based upon hard CPA rules, so you don’t have to guess when to turn campaigns / ad sets off.
Create world class ads with top notch creative using reverse engineer and our creative creation hacks.
Discover how to effectively scale on Facebook Advert, YouTube Ads to Thousands/millions of naira Day in ad spend.
How to take data from the business manager and turn it into actionable information that allows you to dial up spend on campaigns whenever you want Break into new advertising platforms like Youtube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, & others.
POSITION SUMMARY
- The purpose of this role is to double the sales of our online E-commerce brand, Increase the AOV(Average Order Value) by planning and launching converting campaigns and also analyzing metrics for optimization
- You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing these marketing strategies and will also be collaborating with our marketing team(Funnel Designer, Copywriter) in our fast-paced working environment.
- The successful candidate must be results driven, organized, articulate and a self-starter. The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies
- Considering the culture of ownership and accountability within SHOPPYREX, this person should be comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.
- You will be responsible for building overall Facebook ad strategy plans for different products, and then working with your team to deliver growth. Growth is multifaceted, and your plans will reflect that. We may need to build a post-purchase upsell, run a giveaway, test creative ads on facebook, youtube, instagram e.t.c - and then iterate based on performance the next week.
- You will submit weekly reports on all the campaign we run and you must Ensure that report is clear, clean, useful, and presentable, and delivered every week and that include analysis of campaign performance to understand what is working and what's not along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
- You will Use analytical tools to find the data needed to optimize campaigns and ad sets to reach goals and defined KPIs
- You will Prepare new advert accounts for backup incase facebook disable or ban all our advert account- we have a bulletproof setup system we will show you
- You will Conduct audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform paid media strategies for the company
- You will be faced with the responsibility of publishing and managing 10-30 campaigns daily for different products and in different nation (Currently we sell at least 1-5 products in 5 different Africa countries and we run campaign for each of the products because we sell using funnels
- You will be responsible for Optimizing paid media campaigns on an ongoing basis, including bid optimization, landing page recommendations, analyzing search query reports, and creating or updating ad copy, messaging, and/or imagery
- Designing creatives for related ad campaigns across multiple platforms

You’re the type of person that loves helping and turning negative experiences into positive ones. The job is partly proactive, partly reactive. Day to day, you’ll be working with and continuously planning and launching Converting/profitable advert campaign for different products on Facebook/Instagram and YouTube
You’ll be accountable for these KPIs:
- Increase in Sales: 75%+ of target and goals set are met on time
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Communication: Consistent, ongoing and proactive communications with managers or peers on campaign progress, performance, and problem resolution
- Conversion rate: Increase in conversion rate
- Renewals: 25% - 50%+ of customers renew their relationship with Shoppyrex via retargeting campaigns
- Moderate CPC & CPA(Cost per Conversion, Cost Per Acquisition)
- Goal Completions: Work efficiently to achieve goals and deadlines on time
- Innovation & Initiatives: Updating systems and implementing new strategies that benefit the company at large, operating independently
- Ads Consistency: Advert must be running day in day out
- Research & Strategic planning: Researching and Planning ads campaign before launch
- Customer (LTV) Lifetime Time Value: A customer shouldn’t just buy one product or service and then disappear
- Documentation: Documenting Campaign results and other relevant metrics for improvement and optimization
- Speed Of Testing New Creatives And Launching New Product Campaign
- Increase in AOV(Average Order Value)

Please You MUST be:
- Experienced either as a Paid Advertising Specialist or have relevant industry experience.
- High energy / high EQ, with the passion to double the sales and increase customers/revenue of our Ecommerce brand using Paid Advertisement
- Excited and experienced to deliver top-notch excellent work
- Hungry and passionate about launching paid advertising at the highest level possible. And you have an unquenchable desire to learn, to be intellectually curious, to constantly improve, and a relentless focus on winning.

- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively without compromising quality or accuracy.
NOTE: This position is FULL-TIME and VIRTUAL. Meaning you work from home The team here at Shoppyrex is located all over the country. Preference for this position is someone in Lagos/Abuja.

Qualifications:

Required:
- 1+ years of experience as a digital marketer or launching and leading Facebook ad campaigns for a marketing agency or as a shared resource in a multi-brand business
- Undisputable knowledge of digital marketing and web analytics tools such as Facebook ads, Google Ads, SEMRush, and Google Analytics
- Mid- Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager and all its facets
- An interest in e-commerce dynamics and understanding of how to optimize audience journeys based on data analysis
- Self starter who owns their craft fully, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment; bringing fresh ideas to the team
- Self-management to get work done from home, manage multiple accounts, reflect on your performance, and openly communicate with our senior Ads manager. Transparency and responsibility is the backbone of successful collaboration.
- Do “whatever it takes” to get results above 2x ROAS consistently across all advertising channels.
- Be action oriented and be extremely comfortable with hands-on execution of various components of the campaigns e.g. copy & visual ideation where needed
- Experience managing a team and communicating with people from different background online (email, social media, chat and on the phone)
- Successful track record of building accounts from the ground up including account strategy, account structure and text ad strategy and development
- Ability to manage multiple advertising products and then report on the health and performance of each product on Daily/weekly and monthly calls

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns, from strategy visualization to ad creative development to data analysis and optimization.
- You will be responsible for Discovering low-hanging fruit opportunities for quick wins or recommended tests, and then prioritize initiative for implementation based on the largest upside for the company
- Work simultaneously to optimize and improve multiple lagging campaign
- Develop and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social and other ad platforms
- Provide recommendations for new account opportunities, including taking advantage of new platform features/capabilities or testing new platforms, channels, or technologies
- Sustainably acquiring new customers while maintaining a 2x+ ROAS
- Increasing conversion rates and average order value
- Increasing lifetime value through re-engagement of existing customers
- Improving the customer experience by curating excellent content that is presented to the customer in the right place at the right time
- Consistent improvement through the studying and implementation of the latest omnichannel advertising and growth strategies
- Scaling Facebook ads campaign while maintaining margin goals.
- Leverage our internal database to create remarketing audiences.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand targets, optimization goals, and how you can help achieve them.
- Provide analytics, learnings, and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Recommend and run tests campaign for new or old product and campaign changes
- Ability to create intelligent and insightful campaign strategies and tests to drive sales
- Communicate campaign results and findings with excellence to manager and team lead
- Split-test creative, targeting, landing pages, and general advertising strategies while optimizing for growth of spend, ROAS, AOV, CAC, and retention.
- Prepare reports and present results to management, both via real-time data dashboards and during our bi-weekly meetings.
- Research > Plan > Launch > Optimize > Scale campaigns
- Manage large advertising budgets across multiple channels, monitor KPIs, and develop and execute strategies to ensure dollars are being spent most effectively across platform mix
- Develop and implement multi-channel, fully integrated Digital Advertising campaigns including Search, Display, Social, Video, Native, etc. Live & Breath Paid Ad Platforms (FB/IG, Google, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
- Consistent, ongoing and proactive communications with managers or peers on campaign progress, performance, and problem resolution.
